Subject: [PATCH] fix(deps): update renovate/renovate docker tag to v19.176.3

PR #1 was supposed to be squashed and merged, but now (probably) rebased ore something and merged. Due to that, the commit (06c576b) was not with the correct message. This kinda fixes this for the next release.
